Nick Davaei
Nader “Nick” Davaei, is an Attorney in great standing with the State Bar of California. He is admitted to practice law before the CA Superior Courts and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of CA. He is also admitted to practice law before the United States Courts for the 9th Circuit. He represents clients in matters related to all facets of U.S. Immigration and Special Education and has appeared before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), United States Immigration Court (Executive Office of Immigration Review), Administrative Appeals Office, California Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH), and multiple public school districts across Southern California including County Regional Centers. Prior to becoming an Attorney, Mr. Davaei served as a Special Education Teacher and Due Process Liaison/Alternative Dispute Resolution Coordinator for the Long Beach Unified School District from 1998 to 2003 and a Special Education Advocate from 2003 to 2010. Since 2010, he has been serving his Special Education clients as an Attorney. Over the course of the past 18 years, he has taught, assisted and represented hundreds of students with special needs. In 2006, he also began working as a Law Clerk and Paralegal for a successful firm in Orange County focusing in the area of U.S. Immigration where he gained valuable experience in all facets of U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law. Since 2010, he has been serving his Immigration clients as an Attorney. Mr. Davaei immigrated to the U.S. at the age of 12 and had firsthand experience with U.S. Immigration Laws until he naturalized and became a U.S. Citizen. He has also personally experienced the impacts of children with Special Needs. As such, he has deep empathy for all of his clients and is committed to fiercely advocate for them in order to protect their rights.
